Thailand-style noodle soup
ingredients:
- noodles
- Basil leaves
- Shredded chicken
- sprouts
- Dumpling skin contents
    Condiments:
                                                         - Soy sauce - salt
                                                          - Chili sauce - sugar
                                                          - Oyster sauce - flavor
                                                          - Ginger - ground white pepper
                                                          - Turmeric - the king of flavor sauce
                                                          - Kaffir lime leaves - sesame oil

Black pepper beef noodle flush with fresh bell peppers:
ingredients:
- Super egg noodles                                        - SEsame oil
- Beef (has scrubs in)                                       - Comstarrch ( for thickening )

- Garlic - sauce masrhoom

Daging dengan Saus Kacang Hitam Pedas
bahan:

     * 3/4 £ daging sapi
     * Bumbu:
     * 1 sendok makan kecap
     * 1 sendok makan anggur
     * 1 sendok teh tepung maizena
     * Sejumput lada
     * Saus:
     * 1 sendok makan kecap
     * 1 sendok makan gula
     * Kaldu 1/4 cangkir ayam
     * 1 sendok makan pasta cabai
     * 1 sendok teh tepung maizena dilarutkan dalam air 1 sendok makan
     * Lain-lain:
     * 1 sendok makan kacang hitam difermentasi (Cina kacang hitam kering)
     * 2 siung bawang putih
     * 2 batang seledri
     * 1 bawang hijau (daun bawang, bawang daun)
     * 2 wortel besar
     * Minyak 1/2 sdt wijen
     * 5 sendok makan minyak untuk tumis menggoreng, atau sesuai kebutuhan

Uriental Recipe

snapper meat bacon rolls
bahan: 
 - Kakap fillet
 - Smoked beef
 - telor
 - t. kanji
 - t. parner

bumbu:
 - b. putih
 - lada
 - garam
 - penyedap
 - m. wijen
 - k.ikan
 - ngoh'yong 

process manufacturing:
 - potong kakap fillet sebesar jari,
   potong smoked beef persegi panjang/sesuaikan
   dg ukuran kakap ( cukup untuk menggulung )
   tambahkan telor dan semua bumbu.
   kemudian gulung sesai bentuk ukuran / selera
   lumuri dg tepung parner lalu goreng
  dg minyak panas sedang,untuk mendapatkan gorengan
  yg berwarna baik,

Ayam Jahe Khas Indonesia

Ingredients

  • 8-9 chicken pieces, skin on(I have use drums and thighs, all breasts, or wings, all delicious. Cooking times are for bone-in, sk)
  • 1 cup honey
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup finely minced ginger
  • 1/2 cup minced garlic

Directions

  1. Heat honey, soy sauce, garlic and ginger in small saucepan on medium heat for five minutes.Place chicken, skin side down, in appropriately sized casserole.
  2. Pour marinade over chicken and refrigerate overnight or for at LEAST 4 hours.
  3. Preheat oven to 350.
  4. Cook chicken, covered, for 30 minutes.
  5. Uncover, turn chicken pieces over, increase heat to 375, and cook for 30-40 minutes longer, basting occasionally.
  6. Make sure that the sauce does not cover chicken, and only reaches about halfway up.
  7. This will let the skin get crispy and gorgeously dark.
  8. I love this with rice (cooked with vegetable stock), fresh cilantro and lime juice, and mango salad (recipe posted).
  9. To freeze: Place chicken and sauce ingredients in a large freezer bag.
  10. Seal, label and freeze.
  11. To serve: Thaw in fridge and proceed with cooking directions.
